Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery timeframes vary by location:

  • UK: 5–12 business days

  • USA & Canada: 6–20 business days

  • Australia: 7–25 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–30 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may be longer due to factors outside of our control such as customs clearance, courier delays, seasonal demand, or supplier holidays (e.g., Golden Week in Asia).

Important Notice About Delays

​While we always aim to deliver within the timeframes above, unexpected delays can occasionally occur.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery may take longer than estimated in some cases, and agree to allow reasonable extra time for your package to arrive before requesting a refund.

Tracking & Updates

​Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email (when available). We’ll keep you updated if we become aware of significant changes to your delivery timeframe.

Lost or Extremely Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days from the date of shipping, please contact us at voltiqueelectronics@gmail.com so we can investigate with our carriers and help resolve the issue.
